Questions buyers ask before the first order
What is the minimum order quantity?
500 m² per colour for wall panels and 1,000 m² for flooring. Trims and accessories are quoted per piece with a 500-piece minimum per profile. For a first order, mixing two or three product lines in one container is usually more useful than reducing the quantity of a single line.
How long does production take?
15-25 days after deposit for stock colours and standard sizes. Custom colours, custom panel widths and moulded products such as PU stone take 20-30 days because a die or a colour match is produced first.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock colour samples are dispatched within about three working days by courier, with the freight charged to your account. For custom colours we produce a sample for your written approval before the production run starts.
How are the panels packed and how much fits in a container?
Wall panels are packed 10 pieces per export carton with corner protection. A 20'GP holds roughly 1,800 m² of 178 mm WPC panel and a 40'HC roughly 3,600 m². Exact figures are stated on each product page and we send a loading plan with every quotation.
What are your payment terms?
30% T/T deposit with the order, 70% against a copy of the bill of lading. Other arrangements can be discussed for repeat customers, and an L/C at sight is acceptable for larger orders.
Do you supply test reports and certificates?
Yes — fire classification, formaldehyde emission, heavy metal and UV colour-fastness reports for the relevant product lines. Tell us which standard your market requires and we will confirm what is available for that specific product before you order.
