WPC Fence Panels overview
Timber fencing fails predictably — rot at the base, termite damage, warping, and a repainting cycle every two to three years. WPC removes all four. The composite does not absorb water, insects do not eat it, and the colour runs through the material rather than sitting on the surface.
We supply two systems. A modular panel system in 1,800 × 1,800 mm units with interlocking slats and concealed post brackets, which installs quickly and gives a consistent line. And a loose slat system, where individual boards are fixed to rails at whatever spacing the design calls for.
For resorts, hospitality and residential developments the calculation is straightforward: the material cost is higher than timber, but the whole-life cost is lower once repainting, replacement and maintenance labour are counted. Price it that way to your customer and the specification justifies itself.

How it is installed
- Set posts at 1,800 mm centres, either in concrete or on adjustable base plates over a hard surface.
- Check line and level across the full run before fixing any panel — a fence exaggerates a small error.
- Slide panels between posts and lock with the concealed bracket, leaving a 5 mm movement gap at each post.
- Fit post caps and trim the base gap so air can circulate under the panel and water cannot pool.

How does WPC fencing compare with timber on cost?
Material cost is typically 1.5 to 2 times timber. Whole-life cost is lower once repainting, rot replacement and labour are included — usually from year four or five. For rental and resort properties the payback is quicker.
Will the colour fade?
The pigments are UV stabilised and tested to grade 4-5 on the blue wool scale. The colour will lighten slightly over the first season and then stabilise. It does not grey the way untreated timber does.
Can panels be cut down for a slope?
Yes. Slatted systems are stepped or racked on site. Cut with a fine-tooth blade and refit the slat end caps so no hollow section is left open.
